Job Description

The Asset Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the rental fleet of industrial equipment is well-balanced and profitable. This involves maximizing revenue contribution from all trade sales orders, identifying end-of-term units suitable for refurbishment, and optimizing fleet efficiency through identification of unprofitable units.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the MHE industry, a thorough understanding of the trade channel and used MHE market, and ability to understand market trends in relation to pricing and demand. Good communication skills and a good knowledge of IT are also essential.
