About the Role


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled individual to lead our permaculture design initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and values. As Director of Permaculture Design, you will be responsible for safeguarding our sustainability pillars and implementing strategic plans for our resorts.



Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for landscape concepts, including development, implementation, and maintenance. You will also oversee new hotel projects and provide support for operational properties, working closely with our technical services and sustainability teams.



Requirements



  • A bachelor's degree in organic agriculture, landscape architecture, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years' experience in permaculture-related roles or landscape architecture within the hospitality industry;
  • A solid understanding of the latest trends and techniques in permaculture and sustainability;
  • Advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms skills;
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English, with adaptability to local languages and customs.


Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus local Six Senses benefits. Travel to attend project team meetings and site visits may be required.
