Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our Front of House team as a Night Porter at the Dazzling Duchess. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the smooth operation of our late-night shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience as a Night Porter or in a similar guest service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends
  • Confidence, organization, and a patient and diplomatic approach to guest interactions
