Night Porter Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a bright and engaging individual to join our guest services team as a Night Porter at our prestigious venue. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and security.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Security through the night
  • Breakfast set up
  • Duties as a fire marshal (after training)
  • Checking in/out late arrivals and early departures
  • Cleaning and maintaining our guest areas
  • Serving drinks when required

Requirements:

  • Experienced as a Night Porter or in a similar guest service role
  • Well presented and able to follow standard procedures for looking after our guests
  • Confident and organized, patient and diplomatic
  • Able to work night shifts including weekends
  • Driven to maintain impeccable guest service
  • Able to reliably manage the commute
  • A great team player who cares about what you do, and always strives to be the best version of yourself
