Are you a skilled and motivated Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Defence Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.

This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload, while also supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters. You will be working on a variety of pre-litigated and litigated claims, including Highways Law, Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability, and Housing Disrepair.

As a Claims Defence Solicitor, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and investigations, drafting pleadings and preparing cases for trial. You will also be attending conferences and court hearings, communicating effectively with clients, Counsel, and other stakeholders, and meeting financial and chargeable targets.

We are looking for a Solicitor with previous claims-handling experience and a strong interest in this area of law. You will have flexibility and adaptability, as the role involves handling a variety of legal matters.
