Job Title: Area Care ManagerWe are seeking an organised and experienced manager to assist the Head of EveryDay Care and Support in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of our Care at Home Service. The successful candidate will line manage teams comprising of Area Coordinators, Team Leaders, and PSA staff, providing supervision and support in line with objectives and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the staff team in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers, promoting independence, respect, and dignity.
- Manage the performance of the team, including financial, staff, and service performance, and work to achieve key performance indicators.
- Supervise and support Area Coordinators, Team Leaders, and PSA staff in delivering high-quality care services.
- A Level 5 qualification in a relevant discipline or a similar level qualification in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A vibrant and customer-focused approach, with the ability to instil character and commitment into the service.
