We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our team at Legal Southwest. As an ideal candidate, you will have recent knowledge and experience working in a busy Private Client Department and be local to the area. You will have a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, LPA's and Estate Administration and be a strong communicator with a willingness to get involved in marketing initiatives and business development. About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our Private Client team in Frome. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including Wills, Trusts, LPA's and Estate Administration. You will be responsible for providing excellent client service and working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert advice on Wills, Trusts, LPA's and Estate Administration
  2. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Managing a varied caseload and prioritizing tasks effectively
  4. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  5. Contributing to marketing initiatives and business development to raise your own profile and that of the Private Client Department

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Recent knowledge and experience working in a busy Private Client Department
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied caseload
  4. Strong willingness to get involved in marketing initiatives and business development
  5. Competitive salary commensurate with experience
