About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Engineer to join our EUC Platform Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to end-users for all end-user computing products and services, ensuring rapid reaction and remediation of alerts and resolving incidents within set SLAs with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical support to end-users for all end-user computing products and services.
  • Ensure rapid reaction and remediation of alerts and resolve incidents within set SLAs with excellent customer service.
  • Highlight common themes and trends through incident management and identify underlying root causes, with a view to eradicate re-occurrence through re-engineering, configuration, or user education.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement forums and promote efficiency and automation opportunities.
  • On-call service for major incidents, where you will be part of an on-call rota.
  • Collaborate with other teams around the business, such as our Security and Service Management teams.
Requirements
  • Experience and working knowledge of End User Computing products and services, including Cloud desktop services, Microsoft 365, Microsoft InTune, Microsoft Teams, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Active Directory.
  • Any experience with iOS and Azure Virtual desktop and SCCM would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar operational role, diagnosing and fixing issues.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way to non-technical users and partners.
  • Focus and drive to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with knowledge sharing and a reasonable understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
