About the Job

As an EPR Change Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting change initiatives within our EPR programme. This is a unique opportunity to work with our team at Innovate Healthcare Services and contribute to the development of our services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to plan, implement, and manage change processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering sustainable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities with key responsibilities for planning and organising a broad range of complex activities, including influencing and adjusting plans to align project and operational wider plans and strategies.
  • Implement new ways of working, facilitating collaborative working and capacity planning, and develop and delivery of relevant impact assessments, plans, processes, and materials to enable the change business readiness assessment, change sustainability plans, new processes, benefits realisation plans, and tracking.
  • Support the implementation of Change plans and monitor progress of plans against success criteria and maintain alignment to business case as relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working within major change or transformation programmes to effectively manage and deliver change.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, concepts, methodologies, and tools; able to advise on, and utilise a good practice approach to business change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to convey complex information and develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
