Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure the smooth operation of automated systems

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience with automated systems and maintenance within a warehouse environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead large teams and manage own workload
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory audits (MHRA/GSP/ISO)
  • Proficiency in computer use and organisational skills
