We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Cavendish Nuclear, a leading provider of critical nuclear solutions in clean energy, defence, and civil new build and decommissioning projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying schedule management independently in complex situations across P3M, developing and implementing project structures, and ensuring alignment between the integrated scheduling toolset and the company's financial and material demand toolset.

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with regular travel to Warrington or Preston, and home working arrangements. Agile working may be available, applying the principles of fairness and consistency while ensuring the overriding business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project structures, including WBS, OBS, RBS, and CBS.
  • Develop and baseline project integrated schedules, level 1-3.
  • Ensure alignment between the integrated scheduling toolset and the company's financial and material demand toolset.
  • Provide regular status updates of the integrated schedule and schedule analysis of the impact to the project.
  • Resource and cost-loaded schedules to inform the IBP and provide financial status of the project.
Requirements
  • Quantitative risk analysis experience.
  • Forensic planning experience.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project, or construction management, or a related field.
