Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of resident care, ensuring personalized attention and support according to individual needs
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Assistance to the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the home

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with active PIN registration, holding a professional qualification and possessing excellent leadership skills. Previous experience in management or supervision is essential, as is the ability to support and manage teams effectively.
