About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with a diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve and advise residents on complaints, ensuring agreed targets are delivered.
  • Log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment. You will have the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be IT literate.

What We Offer

We offer a temporary contract with 40 hours per week, paying £14.09 per hour. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
