Job Title: Single Point of Access Professional - Adult Mental Health Service
An exciting opportunity is available within our Adult Mental Health Service for a qualified mental health professional to join our dedicated team. The role involves providing a single point of access for all referrals, triaging information, conducting assessments, and ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.
The successful candidate will work in a developing team focused on improving access and response to mental health services. We offer a supportive environment with varied shift patterns and opportunities for professional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Triage all referral information and allocate to appropriate professionals/services
- Conduct face-to-face assessments and formulate risk assessments
- Provide brief interventions during phone calls and holistic assessments
Requirements:
- RMN registration, occupation therapy/social work
- Post graduate qualification in relevant field
- Substantial post qualification experience in acute adult/community mental health
