RPS Group seeks an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver exceptional case management, health surveillance, and health promotion services to clients.

Job Overview

This permanent role offers a flexible 3-5 day working week with hybrid arrangements, travel, and occasional overnight stays. You will be part of a dynamic team prioritizing employee support and development in a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality advice and service perception for RPS Group as the face of quality service.
  • Support business development and growth by identifying and winning new clients.
  • Coordinate proactive occupational health activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and preventing adverse health effects through specialist skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • RGN qualification with a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • Willingness to undertake personal CPD to maintain NMC registration.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management, strong organizational skills, proficient IT skills, and a full UK driving license.
  • Ability to lead by example, work collaboratively as a team player, and thrive in a diverse community.
