Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiting Team Member to join our Meeting and Events Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all in-house events and meetings run seamlessly, providing an experience that exceeds our guests' high expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests attending meetings, weddings, and other events
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including table settings, linens, and equipment
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all aspects of the event are executed to a high standard
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all events are run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
