Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals, contributing to the delivery of projects from inception to completion. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain experience across multiple sectors, develop their skills, and progress towards Chartered status.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Contributing to the development of project budgets and forecasts

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Assistant or Graduate level
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A willingness to work towards Chartered status
