Hackney's Specialist Provision School seeks a passionate SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with pupils aged 2-19 who require tailored support due to complex and significant learning needs.
This unique environment caters to students with diverse requirements, including those with autism and complex physical and sensory impairments. As an SEN Teacher, your duties will encompass creating and implementing personalized educational plans, working collaboratively with specialists, and mentoring support staff.
In order to succeed, you must hold QTS and have relevant experience working with children who face complex challenges. Effective communication, empathy, and composure are essential qualities for this position. A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per year is available.
