About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Therapy and Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Garden House Hospice Care. As a key member of the rehab and wellbeing service, you will support our occupational therapists and physiotherapists in delivering high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a designated caseload, working closely with occupational therapists and physiotherapists to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate interventions.
  2. Deliver therapeutic group programs as designed by the clinical MDT, under the guidance of the service lead and therapists.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
