**Job Title:** Educational Specialist

**About the Role:**
As an Educational Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with varying abilities. You will work closely with the school's SEN team to develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to each student's needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality education to students with special educational needs
* Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
* Work closely with the school's SEN team to provide support and resources to students
* Assess and evaluate student progress regularly

**Requirements:**
* A degree in Education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Salary:** GBP160-220 per day (paid to scale)

**Location:** Crosby, L23

**Position:** Full-time (Long Term)

**Hours:** 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
