Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Academic Engagement Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth.
Responsibilities: As an Academic Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, keeping clients updated on contract performance, and responding promptly to their queries. You will also be required to mobilise new accounts and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment or senior hospitality role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 8.30am Monday - Friday. Flexible start and end times. Hybrid working potential following probation.
