Job Summary:

Purosearch is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our team of staff in providing high-quality care to adults with autism and learning disabilities in three small residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team of staff to ensure the best quality of care is being provided.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a care setting.
  • Experience of supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent/working towards.
