Housing Officer

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our client, a leading provider of accommodation services in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in Southend/Essex, working from home and traveling daily to provide direct support and management to service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to service users.
- Work closely with service users, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and other organizations.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Experience in a housing support role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
