We are seeking a skilled Workflow and Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from coordinating traffic operations to managing resources and workflows.

About the Role:

  1. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and progress of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and driving revenue recognition.
  2. As a key member of our team, you will allocate resources effectively, identify potential constraints, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of team members' workloads and skills.
  3. Facilitating regular status meetings, ensuring clear communication among team members, and providing regular reports to senior management on any risks or issues is essential.
  4. You will also ensure all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations, conducting final reviews before projects are handed over to Account Management.
  5. Your ability to address and resolve any issues or conflicts during the project lifecycle, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies, is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations, conducting final reviews before projects are handed over to Account Management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts during the project lifecycle, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

The estimated salary range for this role is £42,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
