Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and driving revenue recognition.
- Effectively allocate resources, identifying potential constraints and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of team members' workloads and skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, using project management tools to streamline workflows.
- Communicate regularly with team members, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic management, project management, or a related field within a B2B agency.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising processes, as well as production processes.
