Job Title: Media Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Clarke Recruitment Solutions. As a Media Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans across North and Central EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute media plans across North and Central EMEA regions.
  2. Collaborate with the OU Media Strategy Lead to align regional media strategies with global campaign objectives.
  3. Coordinate with the channels team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and updates.
  4. Manage the collection, organisation, and distribution of media assets for regional campaigns.
  5. Keep all relevant parties informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
  6. Monitor the progress of media campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
  7. Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets across the North and Central EMEA regions.
  8. Handle tickets related to paid media channels, ensuring all requests for campaign changes and updates are processed efficiently.
  9. Support the Media Strategy Manager with ad hoc projects and requests related to campaign planning and execution.
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign management, or a related field, preferably in a regional or global context.
  2. Strong understanding of media channels, campaign planning, and asset management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
