Project Manager Opportunity at MandM

MandM, a leading online retailer, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Hereford City Centre. As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of various projects, working with a mixed waterfall/agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
  • Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Project management certifications ideally waterfall and agile
  • ~5+ years of project management experience including IT and non IT focused projects
  • ~ Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • ~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • ~ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
  • ~ Experience of working with third party suppliers and inhouse software development teams
  • ~ Digital project management experience highly desirable
