Project Overview

MandM is a leading online retailer, and we're seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of various projects, aligned with our business objectives, using a mixed waterfall/agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
* Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
* Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes

Requirements

* Project management certifications ideally waterfall and agile
* ~5+ years of project management experience including IT and non-IT focused projects
* ~ Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
* ~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* ~ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
* ~ Experience of working with third-party suppliers and in-house software development teams
* ~ Digital project management experience highly desirable
