Job Description

The role of Supplier Performance Manager is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of services through a multi-disciplinary outsourced contract with one of our longest-standing suppliers. This position operates across various functional disciplines and is based within our Property and Estates (P&E) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend operational performance meetings to ensure contract management, including on-boarding, payment tracking, service delivery, and ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with internal business owners to support governance, decision-making, and alignment with commercial objectives
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to help the business make informed strategic decisions and identify trends across areas such as Finance, Site Access, General Practice Estates, and Dispute Resolution
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service line owners, focusing on improved ways of working, contract management, and partnership growth
  • Ensure current service levels are maintained and proactively reviewed to meet future requirements, adapting contracts as necessary
  • Provide support in resolving disputes, minimizing Opex spend, and achieving corporate objectives

Requirements
  • Broad experience in estates and property management, including finance, litigation, data, and access management
  • Experience negotiating and amending legal documentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
