About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Control Professional to join our team at Capco. As an Operational Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and growing a brand new Capco client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze Operational Risk Events originating in Front Office/Corporate areas, providing challenge over root cause/control failures and required control enhancements.
  • Produce and review Operational Risk MI for periodic Front Office/Corporate meetings and Legal Entity Committees.
  • Attend and take minutes for Operational Risk meetings with Front Office/Corporate areas.
  • Oversight of numerous Operational Risk processes, including Key Risk Indicator submissions and actions closure.
  • Coordinate internal Operational Risk meetings and track follow-ups.
  • Participate in Operational Risk led projects as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Investment Bank working in a trading environment.
  • Experience in either Risk & Control or Operational Risk.
  • Product experience or regulatory knowledge is beneficial.
