We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at undisclosed. As an Experienced QC Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our equipment maintenance and inspection processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Under general supervision, inspect, maintain, and rebuild discharge manifold equipment (DME) to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  2. Responsible for the inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) of DME, including visual, limited ultrasonic, magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and pressure testing.
  3. Accurately complete documentation within the DME re-qualification process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with cross-functional teams.
  4. Mentor junior inspectors and DME technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of quality and productivity.
  5. Follow specific and detailed work processes within the undisclosed Management System (HMS) during daily job activities.
  6. Ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Perform own work and provide assistance to others as directed, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in oilfield operations and inspection to ASNT II (or equivalent) for VT-visual, UT-ultra sonic (limited qualification), MT-MPI, and PT-pressure test.
