Supply Chain Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Utilise Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and compiling data related to purchasing activities, including supplier information, pricing, inventory levels, and purchasing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile data from various sources to inform purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets to track purchasing data
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Work closely with purchasing managers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data collection, analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data manipulation techniques
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
