Procurement Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at Scottish Borders Housing Association, a values-based organization in the Scottish Borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient tendering processes and contract management guidance to support colleagues across the business.
  • Develop innovative procurement strategies and collaboration models to enhance assurance and control.
  • Support the preparation of statutory annual returns and maintain accurate records of contracts awarded, extensions required, and projected pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' procurement experience at Officer level.
  • MCIPS qualified or willing to work towards qualification within 4 years.
