We are recruiting an experienced Alcohol Liaison Nurse to join our Transformation Unit team in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality treatment services to individuals struggling with alcohol dependency.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective interventions and support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals with alcohol dependency.
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and the wider community.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
