About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team of Field Service Engineers as a Field Technician. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing our broadband and mobile network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair broadband and mobile network infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share information and best practices
