ExxonMobil Global Trading Commercial Graduate Position

Our Global Trading team is responsible for trading oil, natural gas, and energy products safely and responsibly around the world. We leverage our expertise in analytics, logistics, origination, and knowledge of energy markets to maximize the value of our global assets and deliver industry-leading results.
What You'll DoAs a Global Trading commercial graduate, you'll be furnished with a real job from day one, gaining hands-on experience. You'll have the opportunity to work in one of three teams:
- Trading Analytics - You'll perform fundamental market analysis for your commodity, using proprietary and third-party data to develop actionable market insights.
- Quantitative Analytics - You'll conduct quantitative analysis of structured deals to support market-based asset valuations and design hedging strategies.
- Trading Risk & Compliance - You'll support Trading in the areas of Exchange Administration, Regulatory and Compliance, Risk Control, Valuations, Risk Reporting, and Risk Analytics.
We're looking for candidates who are graduating in 2025 or have graduated in the last 3 years. You'll need to have a strong attention to detail, analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, an interest in financial markets, and the ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively with an international team environment.
