Your Role

As a Global Trading commercial graduate, you will be furnished with a real job from day one, gaining hands-on experience to help cultivate foundational trading skills to establish your own career path.

Our Teams

Your first role will be determined by which team you apply to:

  • Trading Analytics - Performing fundamental market analysis for your commodity, using proprietary and third-party data to develop actionable market insights and support commercial decision-making.
  • Quantitative Analytics - Conducting quantitative analysis of structured deals to support market-based asset valuations and design hedging strategies.
  • Trading Risk & Compliance - Supporting Trading in the areas of Exchange Administration, Regulatory and Compliance, Risk Control, Valuations, Risk Reporting, and Risk Analytics.
About You

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have at least a 2:1 degree in any subject
  • Be graduating in 2025 or have graduated in the last 3 years (2024-2022)
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, an interest in financial markets, and the ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively with an international team environment
