Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date asset and spares information within the CMMS software.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the site engineering manager to extract information from the CMMS software and provide insights for improvement.
  • Train and support the local engineering team in the use of the CMMS software.
  • Participate in EU coordinated projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling, or reports.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and auditing.
  • Experience with CMMS software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering training or coaching others.
