Job Description

This is a remote-based position with regular visits to Newcastle, offering a competitive salary of £50-70K depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute product launch strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation and customer support.
  3. Design and deliver training programs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use new products.
  4. Conduct thorough product testing to guarantee robustness, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with the Bids, Commercial, and Sales teams to identify new product opportunities and analyze customer needs.
  6. Manage and coordinate product launches in the UK market, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  7. Provide technical support during product release, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in B2B product marketing, with a strong background in technology products, including IP, Cloud, 4G, and 3G.
  2. Successful track record of new product launches in the UK market and working with customers.
  3. Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
  4. Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures and teams.
