We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our sales team at entrust IT Group, a leading Managed Services Provider based in the region.

About the Role

This role provides excellent earning potential with an estimated annual salary of £42,000. The successful candidate will be expected to acquire new business using a combination of telephone sales calls, following up leads generated by the marketing team, and local events and meetings.

The role entails overseeing a diverse array of duties, prominently focused on Sales Processing (75%), Account Management (20%), and Administration (5%).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate new business opportunities using telephone sales
  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
  • Conduct sales meetings in person and via video conference
  • Ensure our CRM system is kept up to date with the latest information on sales leads
  • Hit sales performance targets
  • Conduct regularly scheduled account management calls/meetings with customers
  • Use customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities
  • Advise the marketing team on growth opportunities to target
  • Grow our presence in the regional area
Required Skills:
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, relaxed telephone manner, quick thinking, and ability to work independently
  • A willingness to work hard to develop a network of contacts and sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry
  • A can-do attitude and an ability to work mostly unsupervised
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Good telephone manner
