Main Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff in areas related to clinical care, including treatment, therapy, and clinical risk assessment and management. You will also provide consultation support and supervision to teams on issues relating to nursing practice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. You will work alongside the clinical care team and relevant teams to utilize information and data to support the implementation and embedding of best practice. You will also develop processes and systems to share learning from local and national research and national guidance.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Mental Health Nursing Degree and experience of working in CAMHS. You will also need to be a Non-Medical Independent Prescriber with a Degree Level Qualification or equivalent. Additionally, you will need to have extensive experience of practice within the clinical area with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care. You will also need to be able to demonstrate sound clinical expertise and knowledge of mental health disorders and their treatments.
