Care Specialist

Elysium Healthcare is a leading provider of mental health services, seeking a highly skilled Care Specialist to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Care Specialist, you will work closely with patients who require support with emerging or personality disorders.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver effective care plans. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting ward rounds, analysing patient behaviour, and adapting care accordingly. You will also be required to update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also possess a calm and empathetic approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £25,756 per annum, including a £300 welcome bonus and 33 days annual leave.
