About the Role

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting the independence of the people we support, assisting with daily activities, developing life skills, and providing personal care. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the independence of the people we support
  • Assist with daily activities, including cleaning, cooking, and personal care
  • Develop life skills and personal interests
  • Support individuals with medication and complex needs
  • Ensure record keeping is maintained to the required standard
Requirements

We are looking for a Female Support Worker who is passionate about supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in difficult situations. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to read non-verbal cues, and a patient and calm demeanor.
