Chief Philanthropy Officer

The Director of Philanthropy will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading our fundraising efforts to grow our voluntary income. This involves developing and implementing a transformative fundraising strategy to enable us to broaden the reach and impact of our mission.
Working closely with our CEO and a dedicated team, you will oversee all streams of voluntary income, from major gifts and individual donations to support from trusts and foundations. Your goal will be to ensure each fundraising effort resonates deeply with our mission of empowering whole-life discipleship, inspiring support that fuels lasting change.
This is a full or part-time permanent role from three days a week, based in London with a salary in the range £69,000–£75,000 FTE, depending on experience. As a flexible employer, we offer the option to work from home on other days, depending on your requirements.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective donors, identify new funding opportunities, and prepare compelling funding applications and reports.
