About the Role

Pearson is seeking experienced teaching professionals to join our team as Examiners for the Pearson English International Certification (PEIC) programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the English language skills of candidates through written and oral exams
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the examination process
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain expertise in English language assessment
Requirements
  • At least one year's teaching experience within the last 8 years
  • Experience teaching GCSE English Language, ESOL, or EFL in a school-based setting
  • Native or C2 level English speaker
  • Teaching qualification (e.g. TEFL or EFL)
Competencies
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
