Examiner Role for Pearson English International Certification

Location: Remote Opportunity

Pearson is seeking experienced professionals to undertake a vital role in education, shaping the future of students through the assessment process of the Pearson English International Certification.

As a teaching professional, you already possess high levels of commitment and dedication. We will complement that with comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake comprehensive training and assessment to become an examiner for the Pearson English International Certification.
  2. Utilize your teaching expertise to evaluate student performance and provide high-quality feedback.
  3. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the integrity and quality of the assessment process.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. At least one academic year's worth of teaching experience within the last 8 years.
  2. Experience teaching GCSE English Language, ESOL, or EFL in a school-based setting.
  3. Native or C2 level English speaker.
  4. Teaching qualification (this can include TEFL or EFL).
