Rigorous Vehicle Maintenance Professional

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work as a Rigorous Vehicle Maintenance Professional in Oxfordshire, ensuring the upkeep of a diverse fleet of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain these vehicles to the highest standards, adhering to regulatory requirements set by the DVSA.
To excel in this position, you should possess extensive knowledge and experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair. Additionally, you will need to be adept at working within a team environment to guarantee that all vehicles are kept in pristine condition. Key responsibilities include addressing daily defects, conducting regular maintenance services, preparing new vehicles (including electric models), and performing MOT tests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare new vehicles, including electric vehicles (EVs), for service
• Maintain and repair a mixed fleet of rigid and articulated vehicles
• Conduct service maintenance, inspections, and MOTs in line with DVSA regulations
• Diagnose and rectify daily defects and perform general repairs
• Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
