We are looking for a talented Call Centre Advisor to work with our client in Ashbourne. As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide product/service guidance and support to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathising with customers' concerns.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
