We are seeking a skilled and caring Healthcare Support Professional to join our team in the Dunfermline area. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Providing Personal Care and Support: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Preparing Meals and Snacks: You will be responsible for preparing healthy meals and snacks for our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintaining a Safe Environment: You will ensure that our clients' homes are safe and clean, free from hazards and risks.
Requirements:
- You will have experience of working in a care or healthcare setting, ideally with vulnerable adults.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- You will be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour weekdays and £14.85 - £15.82 per hour at weekends, plus 45ppm travel between clients. In addition, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you to progress your career in the care sector.
