Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fit-Out Project Manager to join our specialist interior fit-out business. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and site trades
  • Create and manage contract programmes using Microsoft Project
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Source and requisition materials, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Handle multiple live sites concurrently
  • Proactively solve design, structural, and site issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction or related industries
  • Strong background in retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-outs ranging from £100,000 to £3,000,000
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, particularly in carpentry, joinery, ceilings, partitions, and finishing trades
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and perform well under pressure
